I specialise primarily in real estate law and all its aspects and components. My further areas of expertise lie in the law of obligations, including enforcement of receivables from contractual relationships (debt enforcement and insolvency law), and corporate law. 

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts (in the field of Political Science) at Charles University in Prague. Having completed my law studies in 2008, I went on to work as a trainee attorney-at-law until the end of 2011 and I established an independent law firm with my colleagues on 1 February 2012. In addition to Czech, I am ready to provide legal services also in English and German. My colleague Petr Dočekal and I manage the branch of our law firm in Jihlava, our hometown.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading all kinds of books and keeping fit. I am also eager to look for new and enriching experiences.
