My primary professional focuses include real estate law, enforcement of receivables, the law on foreigners and commercial law. 

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. I completed the Master’s programme in 2009 and I was awarded my Doctor of Law (JUDr.) degree a year later. After graduation, I worked as a trainee-attorney-at-law at a Czech law office and, having passed my bar examination in 2012, I started to work as an independent lawyer together with my colleagues, Viktor Fojt and Aleš Kocour. In 2021, we founded Fojt. Kocour. Dočekal. Attorneys-at-Law. 

In my free time, I enjoy exploring various investment opportunities and travelling.
